AI Configuration
The AI Configuration group controls how Volāre turns raw supplier descriptions into polished, on-brand copy for the Web. It has two parts: a dashboard to run the rephrasing, and the rules that keep the generated text within business constraints. Both are Admin-only.
Content Rephrase
Section titled “Content Rephrase”Dashboard (label Content Rephrase) for rewriting supplier content — hotels, activities and transfers — into the Volāre voice. It works in two modes:
- Single / bulk rephrase — trigger a rewrite for one record or a batch of records at once.
- Draft lifecycle — each rephrase produces a draft the team reviews (batches, then the drafts inside a batch) before it is accepted and published over the live content.
The brand voice applied here comes from the TCAI profiles configured under System.
Content Rules
Section titled “Content Rules”Per-field rules (label under the AI Configuration group) that constrain AI output — for example length
or content limits on a specific field. Rules are enforced by ContentValidator after generation, so a
draft that breaks a rule is caught before it can be published.
